How about a discount for the rest of us loyal customers who are the ones who've kept this place open? I'm sorry, but 16 bucks in this economy, and especially in this city, is outrageous. You will continue to lose your base customers. I know for years that the idea of a membership or similar program has been out of the question, but if you want to be open five years from now, you MUST do something about this. I realize this is the only place of it's kind for many miles, but treating customers this way is not fair. Is the no smoking policy still in effect, I hope? I would love to return to the sauna on a regular basis but again, I am not paying 16 bucks a visit (which adds up very fast if you want to visit once per week).

TO GENE: Yes the area where the sauna is located is safe. It is only a half block off the main street in downtown Duluth. Nothing to be concerned about. These are Yahoo groups that I put together (the term ownership) Most of my groups do not have moderators who help me approve memberships, I do all that myself.
